A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of Cyprus (UCY), the Municipality of Larnaca and the Larnaca District Local Government Organisation.

The MoU initiated by the Society and Urban Form (SURF) Research Lab through TWIN2EXPAND was signed at a meeting between UCY’s Rector Tasos Christofides, Mayor Andreas Vyras, Chair of the district’s LGO Angelos Hadjicharalambous and our Project Coordinator Nadia Charalambous with the aim to promote and implement evidence-based design and planning to support scientifically-informed decision-making by local authorities.
