Chalmers University of Technology is inviting applications for a full-time two-year postdoctoral position at the Division of Urban design and Planning (Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering) in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be placed at the research group SMoG (Spatial Morphology Group) and be part of a team of researchers that collaborate in the project TWIN2EXPAND on evidence-based urban design and planning. Within this project, the postdoc researcher is responsible for the development of an longitudinal integrated GIS model (focusing on the addition of green and blue infrastructures) to investigate how the built environment affects social and environmental processes (e.g. healthy living, biodiversity and environmental justice). Furthermore, the postdoc researcher is responsible to develop methods and tools to support evidence-based urban design and planning building.
